Thomas brings a wealth of sales and account management experience to GoPromotional with a backround in various sales and customer service roles.

What were you doing before you started at GoPromotional?
Before joining GoPromotional, I worked in multiple customer service industries, which readily prepared me for my current role. Alongside this, I completed a BSc degree at university in Liverpool.

What does being a Senior Account Manager entail?
As a Senior Account Manager, I am responsible for ensuring that the clients are one hundred percent satisfied, and that the work myself and the GoPromotional team engages with is of the highest quality. We work very closely with our clients and there for client satisfaction is of the upmost importance.

What do you enjoy the most about your role?
Every day brings a new challenge and something different. It keeps me on my toes and keeps everyday interesting.

What’s one of the biggest lessons you’ve learned in your career?
Work days can have ups and downs, but it all ends at 5pm.

What do you like about working at GoPromotional?
Team moral! We are an extremely close group who work here and all get on so well.

If you could pick up a new skill in an instant, what would it be?
Being fluent in a language, this would open so many doors and new opportunities.

What do you get up to outside of the office?
I am spend most Saturdays at Hillsborough supporting Sheffield Wednesday. When not at the ground tearing my hair out, I really enjoy cooking, hiking and pub quizzes!
